Chocolate Almond Clusters…mic drop.

I’ve made oodles of Keto Fat Bombs but this was, hands down, the easiest and most satisfying. It’s the only one that I’ve repeated over and over and over again.

I got 16 clusters @ less than 1 carb each.

Lovingly nestled in a baggie in the freezer right now, they’re just daring me to scarf them all up!

Prep Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 30 minutes in freezer

Keto Bomb, extraordinaire. Two ingredients, 10-15 minutes and I guarantee you'll be making these often.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Lily's chocolate (#lilyschocolate) but you can use any low-carb chocolate.
  • 1-2 cups whole almonds...it solely depends on your almond over chocolate preference or vice versa.
  • Sea salt to taste (optional)

Instructions

Microwave chocolate on high in 30-second intervals until the chocolate is fully melted, stirring every 30 seconds.

Once melted, add the almonds until they are completely coated in chocolate.

Scoop a tablespoon at a time onto a parchment lined cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt. (Optional)

You can put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to cool and set or I just put mine in the freezer for 15 minutes and they set perfectly.
