OMG…this recipe got a huge thumbs up from David and Elizabeth. And the Garlic Butter Sauce that goes on top at the end is the “crème de la crème!” Thanks, EatWell101.com for a truly fabulous recipe.

Combine the almond flour, baking flour, eggs, bacon and the melted cheese and mix until smooth.
Since this was my first time making this, I followed the recipe exactly. But the next time, I will be using a much smaller scoop, probably a #50, and will be making bite-size pieces, instead, and they should be pulled apart similar to pizza bites.
My best description? Divine. Garlicky, cheesy & buttery...and pull apart good! Preheat your oven to 400F. Either use oil, butter or cooking spray and grease a medium cast iron skillet. In a shallow plate, mix parmesan and Italian seasoning together. Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese in a large bowl in the microwave for one minute and mix well with a spatula. Combine the almond flour, baking flour, eggs, bacon and the melted cheese and mix until smooth. Using a large ice cream scoop or cookie scoop, scoop dough and roll into the parmesan and Italian seasoning mix. Place each ball into the prepared cast iron skillet. Sprinkle with more parmesan cheese. Place the cast iron skillet in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Remove the cast iron skillet from the refrigerator and bake the garlic bread for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from oven and brush the bread with the garlic/butter.
