KETO Biscuits!

Super easy, super quick and super good. 🙂

I froze 5 of these and microwaved them for 15 seconds when I wanted a friendly carb!

Note though, microwaves are not created equal, so you’ll have to experiment as I did.

Prep Time: 5-10 minutes Cooking Time: 8-10 minutes

Easy peasy and my two "biscuit connoisseurs" gave me a thumbs up! The texture is on the side of cornbread...just saying. 🙂


  • 3 Eggs
  • 1.5 Cups Almond Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded cheese of your choice
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 4 TBL Butter, melted
  • 1 TBL Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon extract of your choice...I used Lemon.
  • Pinch of salt



Pre-heat oven to 400 F.


Spray your muffin pan.


Bake until brown and toothpick comes out clean.


Mine took 9 minutes but every oven is different, so keep an eye out.


They should come right out and taste..."oh so good"... and a little butter is the icing on the to speak.
