I froze 5 of these and microwaved them for 15 seconds when I wanted a friendly carb!
Note though, microwaves are not created equal, so you’ll have to experiment as I did.
Easy peasy and my two "biscuit connoisseurs" gave me a thumbs up! The texture is on the side of cornbread...just saying. 🙂 Pre-heat oven to 400 F. Spray your muffin pan. Bake until brown and toothpick comes out clean. Mine took 9 minutes but every oven is different, so keep an eye out.
