These Keto Cinnamon Pretzel bites are the perfect snack...and they definitely satisfy the sweet tooth! They're soft, sweet, chewy and low carb to boot! Heat oven to 350F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. In a glass or microwave safe bowl, microwave the mozzarella and cream cheese for 30 seconds, stir and add another 30 seconds. Combine almond flour and beaten egg to cheese mixture and stir. Pull apart your dough and make 10 dough bites and place on a baking sheet. A good tip is to wet your hands and the dough won't stick! If using the chocolate chips, place one in the middle of each bite. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. FOR THE CINNAMON SUGAR COATING: In a small bowl, melt the coconut oil and butter in the microwave, about 15 seconds, depending on your microwave. In a separate bowl, blend together the sweetener and cinnamon. Brush the pretzels with the coconut oil and butter mixture, then immediately toss into the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat. They taste best when served warm.
