Yum. So rich that one is enough to satisfy that sweet tooth. We all are loving this low-carb, no sugar journey…feeling & seeing the effects. For me, more energy and my skin is brighter and smoother… but best of all, David and Elizabeth are reading labels!

Lemon-Cheesecake Freezer Bombs

Super rich, low carb, easy to make, freezer bombs. Doesn't get much better than that!

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 oz coconut oil
  • 2 oz unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbl favorite sweetener
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • Zest from one lemon

Instructions

Mix first 4 ingredients together with a hand mixer until smooth. Add the lemon juice and zest and mix.

You can spoon these out into a mini silicone mold or ice cube trays or even onto wax paper. Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.

Put firm bombs in a freezer bag and keep frozen.
