I’m loving these Keto recipes! Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups…so easy and oh so good. ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS! This is from @fatforweightloss and they used a regular cupcake tray but that would make these huge, so I used a bite-size mini cupcake tray and it’s a perfect amount.

Makes 12 – using a bite size, mini cup cake tray
Serving of 2 = 4.5g Net Carbs
This was the first bomb I ever made and always come back to it over and over again. Foolproof and wonderful, every time. Put 12 cupcake paper molds into tray In the microwave, melt the butter and the chocolate together until completely combined. Pour half of the melted chocolate mixture into the bottom of the cupcake molds. Put in the freezer for 10 mins until the top is hard. Place a dollop of peanut butter on top of each solidified chocolate mold, making sure the peanut butter isn’t touching the sides. Place in the freezer again for 10 mins. Pour the remaining melted chocolate and butter mixture over the peanut butter (hopefully covering the peanut butter) and place in the freezer until ready to eat. *Nutrition information is provided as a courtesy only and should be construed as an estimate rather than a guarantee.” *Carbohydrates are NET Carbs unless the Fiber is listed.
