BOMBS/ KETO Friendly

Peanut Butter Cups…a la KETO.

omg omg omg

I’m loving these Keto recipes! Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups…so easy and oh so good. ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS! This is from @fatforweightloss and they used a regular cupcake tray but that would make these huge, so I used a bite-size mini cupcake tray and it’s a perfect amount.

Prep Time: 20 minutes Cooking Time: Freezer time: 1 hour total

This was the first bomb I ever made and always come back to it over and over again. Foolproof and wonderful, every time.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate or Milk Chocolate, melted. I use Lily's Chocolate from Amazon.
  • 3.5 oz Butter, melted
  • 4 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

1

Put 12 cupcake paper molds into tray

2

In the microwave, melt the butter and the chocolate together until completely combined.

3

Pour half of the melted chocolate mixture into the bottom of the cupcake molds. Put in the freezer for 10 mins until the top is hard.

4

Place a dollop of peanut butter on top of each solidified chocolate mold, making sure the peanut butter isn’t touching the sides.

5

Place in the freezer again for 10 mins.

6

Pour the remaining melted chocolate and butter mixture over the peanut butter (hopefully covering the peanut butter) and place in the freezer until ready to eat.
