Wow…I tried BeyondMeat.com for the first time, using their plant-based sausage and it was wonderful! I’m trying their Beyond Burger tonight…I’ll let you know.

I adapted this recipe from shugarysweets.com and used Beyond Meat sausage instead of regular pork sausage. This was my first time trying Beyond Meat products and I loved it! Easy recipe with a super amount of good tastes and low carb to boot! Brown the sausage When browned, add broth, onions, garlic, and cauliflower. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes or until cauliflower is tender. Add in the half-and-half and the spinach and cook for about five minutes.
